Julie English, CEO of Within Reach Consulting and a founding member of The Leadership Collaborative is a leader. She is a Certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt. Her 12 year experience as an engineer and Master Black Belt has been with Allied Signal (4 years) and Honeywell International (8 years), her expertise was in consistently creating, training, and leading teams to increase sales and customer satisfaction while decreasing costs. Julie also created and executed Six Sigma training programs for customers including American Airlines along with other businesses who are in the aerospace and aeronautical communities. Julie earned a BSE in Industrial Engineering from Arizona State University, and then an MSE in Technical Management from the Embry Riddle Aeronautical University. In addition to being a Six Sigma Master Black Belt her other training includes Carnegie Melon CMMI and Thunderbird’s Global Leadership Program. Julie has worked within and with several functional areas including finance, contracts, information technology, global infrastructure, and customer service. She is experienced in driving results in broadly scoped global projects by utilizing both project management and six sigma skills. She has a track record that blends business results with employee development through a true teaming spirit.
This rich history along with a passion for training, coaching, and consulting has brought Julie to found Within Reach Consulting. Of course, never being anyone to do something half-way, Julie is an Adler Trained Professional Coach, and Leadership Development Trainer, additionally she is a member of the International Coach Federation, the American Society for Training/Development and Society of Women Engineers. In her spare time she has founded a non-profit organization for women in transition, and is the mother of two beautiful children. Julie, her husband and children reside in Chandler, Arizona.
